CCWFNQ Returns and Refund Policy

Physical Products

1 – We offer a 30 day return policy for all hardware sold (i.e. Computers, Consoles, Parts), provided that said item are faulty or DOA (Dead On Arrival) and was not damaged by the receiving party.

2 – All Games, Discs and Software are generally sold “as is” as they were originally released.
This means we do not accept returns or refunds if the game or software simply doesn’t work on your modern PC (e.g. requires old hardware, DRM problems).
Retro software from the 90s/2000s often doesn’t play nicely with modern versions of Windows. They may need an old computer to run nicely.

As for console games, not all modern consoles are backwards compatible with previous generations. Please do research prior to buying whether a game is backwards compatible.

You are eligible for a return if the physical media itself is defective or damaged on arrival (e.g. heavily scratched discs).
Physical discs are tested for readability when possible.

3 – We do not take returns or provide refunds for wrongly bought items or change of mind.
Please make sure to check the listing thoroughly (including any photos, description of condition, and compatibility notes) to make sure it’s exactly what you’re looking for before finalising a purchase.

Shipping / Exchanging Returns

From there, we can discuss preferred options (refund, exchange or replacement).
